Overtime rates are 1.5x the hourly rate from 6:00am to 8:30am and 6:30pm to 9:00pm, and 2x the hourly rate from 9:00pm to 6:00am. Overtime is charged in full-hour increments only.
Yes, but your crew is responsible for moving and resetting the furniture. If you need Hype staff to move furniture, we can do so for a $500 fee.
Yes, you can bring in decorations, equipment, or furniture. Extra tables/chairs are available for rent. Schedule a PA for deliveries of bulky items.
Alcohol must be pre-approved by Hype. A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Yes, we have a Sonos sound system connected to an iPad. For loud music (e.g., music videos), please let us know in advance.
