At the Company, we are strongly committed to protecting your privacy. As part of our commitment, we strive to protect the privacy of visitors to the sites that we operate:,, and (collectively, the “Site”). You can navigate the majority of the Site without giving us any personal information which identifies you. However, sometimes we need additional information about you in order to provide you with information or services you want to receive from us. 


The Company believes in transparency and we provide this notice so that you can understand our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

What Information We Collect and Why:

This includes exchanging information with other companies.


The Company collects and processes two basic types of information:

Personally Identifiable Information:

This is information that personally identifies you from another person or enables you to be individually contacted (e.g., names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers). This information is voluntarily provided to us by Site visitors for examples, when you use our “contact us” or “get in touch” features, or when you enter a contest, sweepstakes, or promotion sponsored by us, when you report a problem with the Site, or from third parties, and is used by us for the purposes of responding to user submissions and fulfilling requests for further information about our services. Under such circumstances you consent to our use and processing of the information you provide consistent with this Privacy Policy. When visitors leave comments or enter submissions on the Site, we collect the data shown and also the visitor’s IP address, browser user agent string, and other information to assist with spam detection and otherwise to create a better experience for you.


Aggregate User and Tracking Information:

We may also collect information automatically through data collection technologies. Such data may include details of your visits to our Site including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources you access and use on the Site. This information gives us insights on how Site visitors use our site. This data is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information. We use this information to ensure that our Site, e-mails, and marketing efforts continue to appeal to Site visitors and clients including by storing information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Site according to your personal interests, and speeding up your searches. 


Our Site may use “cookies” to automatically collect certain anonymized information upon each visit. Some Company cookie files remain on your computer’s hard drive unless and until you manually delete the file. The Company cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. Information Received from Third Parties:

Company may receive or collect information, including personal information, from clients or third parties. Some of the personal information collected may be de-identified or “scrubbed” in order to render it anonymous. Company may use such third-party information it receives for the following purposes:

  • To deliver relevant marketing communications, and other lawful purposes related to Company’s provision of the services.
  • To gather information about users’ online activities from their interaction with advertisements, across the Site and other internet sites or mobile apps, and supplement such information with information from clients or third parties (such as parties that perform web analytics) in order to make inferences about users’ consumer and other interests. Company may then use this information to create customized advertising campaigns, promotions, and e-mail blasts for our clients, as well as for other marketing-related purposes.
  • Company may combine information with data collected or received from other sources to create a database of consumer and other data (i.e., “aggregated data”), and to use such aggregated data for a variety of purposes, including for unrelated advertising, marketing, and analytical activities.



Company may operate contests, sweepstakes or other promotions through the Site, which may require registration in order to enter. Your personally identifiable information may be used by us to contact you for winner notification, prize delivery confirmation or other promotional purposes. Your entry in the contest or sweepstakes may also result in your being added to our mailing lists as well as those of our promotional partners or clients associated with the contest or sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize may require you (unless prohibited by law) to allow us to post publicly some of your information on the Site, such as in social media or on a winner’s page, in the event you win a contest or sweepstakes.


Children’s Privacy:

The Company understands the need to protect the privacy of children. The Site is not intended for nor targeted for use by individuals under 16 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 16 on our Site. If you are younger than the age of consent in your jurisdiction, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under the applicable age of consent, please contact us at and we will delete it. 


International Data Transfers:

Information provided through this Site may be uploaded to a cloud and transferred to or accessed globally. By providing information to this Site, you consent to the transfer, processing and/or use of the information globally throughout the Company. Wherever the information is transferred or accessed within the Company it will be processed and used in accordance with this privacy policy.



We have implemented measures in an effort to safeguard the Personal Information in our custody and control. Such measures include, for example, limiting access to Personal Information only to employees and authorized service providers who need to know such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as other administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Additionally, our service providers are not authorized to use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than providing the services to us or on our behalf, or as otherwise may be required by applicable law. While we endeavor to always protect our systems, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle and other risk factors, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers.


Do Not Track:

Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a “Do Not Track” setting that sends a special signal to the websites you encounter while web browsing that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, and Company does not respond to web or mobile “Do Not Track” signals at this time. If we do so in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we respond to such signals.

Pursuant to California law, California residents may request information from us concerning: 

  • The categories of information we have collected;
  • The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected;
  • The purpose for which we collect the personal information;
